This large 375 m2 house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are en suite, as well as a lush garden and private swimming pool. The Space

The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor, accommodating up to 12 people (2 per room). Extra beds can be provided; please inquire for additional costs.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

In total, there are 6 bedrooms, each with its own unique character.

On the first floor:

  • Bedroom 1: Large room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 2: Large room with two 90 x 190 cm beds (convertible into a king-size double bed) and an en-suite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 3: Large room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor:

  • Bedroom 4: Room with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
  • Bedroom 5: Large room with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 6: Large room with two 90 x 190 cm beds (convertible into a king-size double bed) and an en-suite bathroom.

Please let us know in advance if you need a specific bed arrangement, as the beds may already be prepared as double beds.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TVs, storage spaces, closets, and shelves.

There are 6 full bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, plus a hairdryer. An additional outdoor bathroom with a walk-in shower is located by the pool.

Kitchen

The house has a spacious open kitchen with large windows opening onto the garden and pool. It is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking utensils, as well as a large American-style double-door refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, a hood, and a microwave.
A high-capacity washer and dryer are also available.

Living Room

The house features a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and period wooden beams, decorated with unique furniture, a large dining table for 12, and a workspace.

Outdoor Spaces

Our house includes:

  • On the ground floor, a large garden of approximately 150 m² with a private 6.80m x 3m pool, a zen lounge area with wooden flooring, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a 3-meter dining table, creating a space where many unforgettable memories are made.
  • An interior patio accessible from Bedroom 4, featuring a large cactus that adds elegance to the home.
  • On the first floor, a 40 m² terrace overlooking the garden and pool, accessible from Bedroom 1 and the first-floor hall (small lounge) at the top of the stairs.

A crib and high chair are available upon request.

Bed linens and towels will be provided. We recommend bringing your own personal hygiene items.

Here is how to reach the house from the airport:

By taxi

Taxis are available at the exit of the airport and you can go to calle de la conserva 29 for around 25-30 euros depending on the traffic.

By private taxi

We offer a transfer service to and from Valencia airport. Our taxi van can accommodate up to 8 people with luggage for 70€ per trip. You just need to inform us of your flight times and numbers a few days before. If you wish to book this service, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to organize your transport.

By metro

You can take line 3 (Rafelbunyol-Aeroport) of the Valencia metro from the airport to Xàtiva station, then change to line 5 (Marítim-Serrería-Torrent Avinguda) and get off at Ayora station. The house is about a 2-minute walk from Ayora station.

By bus

You can take bus number 150 from Valencia airport to Mislata metro station, then take metro line 5 to Ayora station. Calle de la conserva 29 is about a 10-minute walk from Ayora station.

By car

You can rent a car at Valencia airport and follow the signs to the city center. Calle de la conserva 29 is located in the Ayora neighborhood, about a 15-minute drive from the airport.

The Ayora neighborhood is located in the north of the city of Valencia in Spain, bordered by the neighborhoods of Camins al Grau, Algirós and Benimaclet. It is a residential area.

The neighborhood is well served by public transport, with several bus lines that connect Ayora to other parts of the city. The Ayora metro station is just a 1-minute walk from the house, allowing easy access to the rest of the city.

The Ayora Park, a 1-minute walk from the house, is an important green space in the neighborhood, providing residents with a place to relax and enjoy themselves. The Ayora Market is also a popular place to buy fresh produce, especially fruit and vegetables.

There are several shops, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Malvarrosa Beach can be reached in about 9 minutes by bike, providing easy access to one of Valencia's main tourist attractions.

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date.

If you cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded 50% of the total nights booked.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date, no refund will be issued for the nights reserved.

You may also qualify for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival.

"Amazing Stay"

We had a great time staying in Valencia. My family took full advantage of the kitchen, swimming pool and living space. We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing. Lots of space to you hangout and relax. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor area. We made family dinners with fresh food from the Ruzafa Market just a taxi away or walk if you are energetic. The location has character and is central to beaches and museums. We did it all!

"A Great Find"

The flat is fantastically beautiful and very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The highlight is the courtyard with pool, which invites you to relax in the sun or shade. With 10 people in the flat, there is plenty of space and bathrooms and you can also get out of each other's way from time to time. Communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and the location of the flat between the beach and the old town is excellent.
