HOUSE RULES

We are delighted to welcome you to our accommodation. To ensure an enjoyable stay for you and our neighbors, please review and adhere to the following rules:

PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Respect for Neighbors

Please be considerate of the noise you create, particularly in the garden and pool areas. We kindly request that you maintain discretion and avoid disturbing our neighbors, especially during quiet hours (generally between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.). Refrain from loud conversations, music, or any activities that may cause noise disturbances.

Use of the Garden and Pool

You are welcome to enjoy the garden and pool responsibly. Please avoid noisy games, parties, or the use of loud sound equipment that could disrupt the neighborhood. Additionally, please respect the specified usage hours outlined above.

Conserve Water and Energy

Please use water and energy mindfully. Turn off taps, lights, and air conditioning when leaving the property. Keep the air conditioning and/or heating set between 23°C and 25°C, and ensure windows remain closed. Misuse of temperature control systems can lead to damage and may incur a financial penalty.

Cleanliness and Tidiness

Help us maintain a clean and organized space by keeping the kitchen tidy and disposing of trash daily in the designated bins.

No Sand Indoors

Please avoid bringing sand from the beach into the house, as it can clog the drains.

No Unauthorized Visitors

For safety and security, do not allow anyone who is not part of your reservation to enter the property. If you plan to invite additional guests, please inform us in advance. The number of guests must not exceed the property’s maximum capacity. Remember, larger groups can generate noise that is harder to manage. If you have accommodation.

Children’s Safety

If you are traveling with children, please supervise them at all times. The pool is not fenced, so their safety is your responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us. We wish you a pleasant stay in our accommodation.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
